The documents that govern your use of ganttchartmaker.app and explain how your data is handled. The English versions are authoritative; translations are provided for convenience.
How these documents work
The Terms of Service are the agreement between you and us. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we hold and why, the Cookie Policy lists every cookie and local storage key the app uses, and the Legal Notice says who runs the service and how to reach us.
Each document shows the date its current version took effect. Material changes are announced in the app through the notifications bell, and changes to the Terms are announced at least 30 days before they apply.
The English versions are the binding ones. The translations are there to help: if a translation and the English text ever disagree, the English text applies, except where Greek consumer law says otherwise.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. While signed in, your profile also lets you download your data or delete your account yourself. The Privacy Policy explains every right and how to use it.
Optional cookies stay off until you allow them. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary is set before you accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page.
If you create an account, your account details and your charts are stored with our database provider on servers in the EU, in Frankfurt. Some services we rely on, such as the sign-in providers, are based in the United States; the Privacy Policy lists them and the safeguards that apply.
